The OnePlus 15 is set to make its debut this week as the first smartphone to incorporate the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip in India. While the company has been teasing several details about the OnePlus 15, its pricing has remained under wraps, until now.

According to a user on X, the OnePlus 15 price in India will start from Rs 72,999 for the base 12GB/256GB model. Moreover, the 16GB/512GB variant will set you back Rs 76,999. While we couldn’t verify the leak, the user has stated that the information is from an official retailer.

The user has also stated that the said pricing isn’t inclusive of offers. The post mentions that OnePlus will offer a free pair of Nord earbuds worth Rs 2,699 with the OnePlus 15. Since the leak comes from an unknown source, we’d recommend taking this information with a pinch of salt.

However, we expect the OnePlus 15 price in India to start from under Rs 75,000. To recall, the OnePlus 13 was priced at 69,999 at the time of its launch in India, although that price has since been slashed to Rs 63,999.

The OnePlus 15 is launching in India on November 13 at 07:00 pm IST, with the sale beginning an hour later. The OnePlus 15 will be available for purchase through Amazon, OnePlus’s website, and other partner retailers in India.

OnePlus will host a livestream for the launch of its upcoming flagship, although the details for which will be available later. Since the OnePlus 15 was already unveiled in China, its specifications are readily available.

The OnePlus 15 is equipped with a 6.78-inch BOE X3 8T LTPO flat display, offering a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 165Hz. It achieves peak brightness levels of up to 1800 nits, ensuring vibrant visuals. Under the hood, it runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with an Adreno 840 GPU. Users can choose configurations with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and storage options reaching up to 1TB UFS 4.1.

The camera system on the OnePlus 15 includes a triple-rear setup: a primary camera with a resolution of 50MP featuring OIS, an ultrawide lens also at 50MP, and a 50MP periscope lens at the same resolution. For selfies, there’s a front-facing camera with a resolution of 32MP capable of recording in 4K. The rear cameras support video recording in up to 8K resolution at a frame rate of 30 fps.

Powering the device is a robust battery capacity of 7300mAh, which supports both wired charging at speeds of up to 120W and wireless charging at speeds of up to 50W. On the software side, it operates on Android-based ColorOS version 16.

The OnePlus15 measures approximately 8.31 mm thick while weighing 215 grams. The phone also boasts an impressive IP66/68/69/69K rating for water and dust resistance. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi version 7, Bluetooth version 5.4, NFC capabilities, dual stereo speakers, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded within the display.
