Destiny 2 gamers and those looking for a brand-new headset might have a compelling reason to upgrade thanks to an ongoing deal for both, the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P and 7X Wireless headsets – that is, if you would consider it in the Destiny 2: The Final Shape Edition trim.
The deal offers a massive 52 percent off, effectively slashing the MSRP for the headset to half while offering a limited-edition take that looks arguably better than the original design. For those who do not like the design, the original Arctis headsets are also on sale, albeit at a much smaller discount versus the limited-edition models on Amazon currently.

Why Should You Consider The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P and 7X Wireless Headsets?
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P and 7X Wireless headsets both offer impressive audio capabilities, including Premium Neodymium Magnetic Drivers and an AI-powered noise-cancelling mic that can be retracted when not in use. They both work with the PlayStation 5 console, PCs, and phones, with the 7X also offering compatibility with the Xbox console.
They both offer 38 hours of battery life, a dedicated USB-C dongle for 2.4 GHz transmission and BT support for devices without needing said option. With support for Spatial audio as well as a comfort-centric headband design (with custom Destiny 2 art on offer), the high-end headsets are an excellent purchase for most gamers, even if they are not Destiny 2 players.
For those that are, the headset also comes with extra DLC goodies in the form of a unique Viral Celebration emote and Gear Head emblem, which are exclusive to said headset, making it a must-buy for collectors and OG players looking to have the best of everything in the Destiny 2 universe.
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P & 7X Wireless come in PlayStation and Xbox trims respectively. Both options work with PCs but the 7P does not work on Xbox, making it important to pick the right model for Xbox owners.

Should You Get the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P Or The 7X?
While both headsets would work for a majority of gamers, Xbox users, as noted above, are limited to picking up the Arctis Nova 7X. PlayStation users might choose one of both options, but it is important to note that the Arctis 7P has an additional advantage: it offers a Sidetone controller for mic monitoring that the 7X lacks.
The 7X, however, offers a more universal option for gamers thanks to additional compatibility with an Xbox console, making it a more future-proof choice for gamers planning to or already owning a current or last-gen Xbox console.
PS: Users not looking to get Destiny 2 merch can opt for the limited-edition World of Warcraft Arctis Nova 7 instead, which comes with a digital in-game reward of the Grinning Reaver mount, albeit at a $35 premium over the current deal.
