Indore, April 30th, 2025: SWITCH Mobility, an integral division of the Hinduja Group, has received an order to deliver 100 IeV3 vehicles for Waste Management, in line with the Indore Municipal Corporation’s commitment to sustainable urban development.
The SWITCH IeV3 is designed to fulfil the requirements of urban municipal operations, prioritising sustainability, reliability, and efficiency.
Using the SWITCH iON, the brand’s exclusive connected vehicle platform, the fleet benefits from real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, route optimisation, and improved uptime, ensuring optimal operational effectiveness for Indore’s waste management efforts, informed Mahesh Babu, CEO of SWITCH Mobility.

These specially crafted electric garbage tippers will replace traditional diesel vehicles, leading to a significant decrease in carbon emissions, reduced noise pollution, and improved operational efficiency in waste collection. The SWITCH IeV3 is adept at managing the transportation of both wet and dry waste efficiently.

The handover ceremony was attended by Mr. Kailash Vijayvargiya, Hon’ble Minister of Urban Development and Housing, and Mr. Pushyamitra Bhargav, Mayor of Indore, who praised SWITCH Mobility’s contribution to Indore’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
