Tecno has launched two new smartphones in the sub- ₹20,000 price segment, the Pova 7 and Pova 7 Pro. The new phones come powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate processor and feature 6,000 mAh battery along with 45W of fast charging.
Tecno Pova 7 5G series pricing:
Tecno Pova 7 is priced at ₹14,999 for 8GB RAM /128GB storage variant and ₹15,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant. It will will availalbe in three colour variants: Magic Silver, Oasis Green and Geek Black.
Meanwhile, the Pova 7 Pro is priced at ₹18,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant and ₹19,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant. It comes in three colourways: Dyanmic Grey, Neon Cyan and Geek Black.
The two phones will go on sale on Flipkart from 10 July onwards.
Tecno Pova 7 Pro specifications:
Tecno Pova 7 Pro sports a 6.78 inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The phone is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 7i protection on top and gets IP64 rating for water and splash resistance.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate processor and is paired with up to 8GB Of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
As for optics, the phone packs a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary shooter and an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens with support for 4k 30fps video recording. On the front is a 13MP front facing shooter which can record videos at the same resolution as the rear sensor.
The Pova 7 Pro runs on HiOS 15 based on Android 15 and the company has promised 1 year of OS updates and 2 years of security patches. It gets a a 6,000mAh battery with support for 45W of wired fast charging and 30W of wired fast charging.

Tecno Pova 7 also gets a 6.78 inch panel but with Full HD+ resolution and LCD display. It gets a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 900 nits in High Brightness Mode (HBM).
The Pova 7 is powered by the same Dimensity 7300 Ultimate processor but with support for up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.
The Pova 7 gets a 50MP primary shooter and a secondary sensor. There is a 13MP front facing shooter for selfies and video calls.
Software wise, the Pova 7 runs on HiOS 15 based on Android 15 and the same update cycle. It also gets a 6,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging but no support for wireless charging.
