Chennai, April 28, 2025: TVS Motors has reported the sale of 500,000 electric vehicles to date and claims to have achieved its highest revenue for FY 25, totalling Rs. 36,251 crores, compared to Rs. 31,776 crores in 2023-24.
The company stated that its electric vehicle sales increased by 44%, with sales of 2.79 lakh units in 2024-25 compared to 1.94 lakh units in 2023-24.

TVS Motor Company’s operating revenue increased by 17% in the quarter ended March 2025, to Rs. 9,550 crores, up from Rs. 8,169 crores in the quarter ended March 2024.
The company achieved its highest-ever Operating EBITDA of Rs. 1,333 crores in the fourth quarter, up from Rs. 926 crores in Q4 2023-24.
Furthermore, the company reported a profit before taxes (PBT) of Rs. 1,112 crores in the fourth quarter of 2024-25, up from Rs. 672 crores in the fourth quarter of 2023-24.
During this quarter, the company recognised the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) for the entire fiscal year 2024-25, based on progress in accordance with MHI’s PLI Standard Operating Procedures.
Overall, three-wheeler sales increased by 21% in the quarter under review, to 37,000 from 30,000 in the fourth quarter of 2023-24.
TVS Motors’ full-year performance for 25th March showed a 13% increase in two- and three-wheeler sales, with motorcycle sales rising 10% to 219,500 units from 199,000 units in March 2024. Scooter sales increased by 21% in the fiscal year, totalling 190,400 units, up from 157,000 in the fiscal year ending March 2024.
