With the stable release of Android 17 now just weeks away, smartphone brands are accelerating software development to ensure faster rollouts for eligible devices. Vivo has already kicked off its Android 17 beta program and is expected to introduce the stable update later this year alongside the next version of its custom Android skin, OriginOS 7.

If you own a Vivo or iQOO smartphone, here’s a list of devices expected to receive the Android 17 update.

Vivo & iQOO Android 17 Update: Check Eligible Smartphones

Vivo Phones Eligible for Android 17

    Vivo X Series
    Vivo X300 | Vivo X300 Pro | Vivo X300 Ultra | Vivo X300 FE | Vivo X200 | Vivo X200 Pro | Vivo X200 FE | Vivo X200T | Vivo X100 | Vivo X100 Pro

    Vivo V Series
    Vivo V70 | Vivo V70 FE | Vivo V70 Elite | Vivo V60 | Vivo V60e | Vivo V60 Lite | Vivo V60 Lite 4G | Vivo V50 | Vivo V50e | Vivo V50 Lite | Vivo V50 Lite 4G | Vivo V40 | Vivo V40 Pro

    Vivo T Series
    Vivo T5 Pro | Vivo T5x | Vivo T4 | Vivo T4 Lite | Vivo T4 Pro | Vivo T4 Ultra | Vivo T4x | Vivo T4R

    iQOO Flagship Series
    iQOO 15 | iQOO 15 Ultra | iQOO 15R | iQOO 13 | iQOO 12 | iQOO 12 Pro

    iQOO Z Series
    iQOO Z11 | iQOO Z11x | iQOO Z10 | iQOO Z10 Lite | iQOO Z10x | iQOO Z10R

    iQOO Neo Series
    iQOO Neo 10 | iQOO Neo 10R | iQOO Neo 9 Pro

Vivo Y Series Missing from Android 17 Eligibility List

One notable omission from the list is Vivo’s Y-series lineup. The company has not officially announced a software update policy for most Y-series smartphones, including several recent models. While they are absent from the current eligibility list, some newer Y-series devices could still receive the Android 17 update later.

Google is expected to release the stable version of Android 17 around June 2026 for Pixel devices. However, third-party smartphone brands typically take additional time to optimize their custom Android skins for the new software version.

As a result, Vivo and iQOO users may need to wait a few extra months before the update begins rolling out widely. Based on previous release timelines, the Android 17 rollout with OriginOS 7 is expected to start around September 2026.
