Vivo has expanded its budget smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo T5e. Positioned in the entry-level 4G segment, the smartphone focuses on durability, long battery life, and everyday performance rather than flagship hardware. The Vivo T5e is offered in a single RAM and storage configuration and is available through Flipkart, the Vivo India website, and authorised retail stores.

The Vivo T5e is priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The smartphone is now available for purchase via Flipkart, Vivo’s official online store, and select offline retail outlets across the country.

Vivo T5e Specifications

The Vivo T5e features a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 1600 × 720 pixel resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling and animations than conventional 60Hz panels.

Under the hood, the handset is powered by the Unisoc T7225 octa-core processor, built on a 12nm process. The chipset includes two Cortex-A75 performance cores, six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores, and an ARM Mali-G572 GPU.

The phone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, along with support for up to 4GB of virtual RAM for improved multitasking. Storage can be expanded by up to 2TB via a dedicated microSD card slot, allowing users to use two nano SIM cards and a microSD card simultaneously.

It also carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, making it suitable for users looking for a more rugged budget smartphone.

For photography, the handset features a 13-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and LED flash, while a 5-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.
