Vivo X Fold 6 Specifications, Features
The Vivo X Fold 6 sports an 8.02-inch 2K+ AMOLED LTPO Samsung M14 foldable display with a 1Hz-120Hz adaptive refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, UTG glass protection, and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. The outer display measures 6.51 inches and uses an AMOLED LTPO BOE panel with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Dolby Vision support. Both displays feature TÜV Rheinland Global Eye Protection 3.0 certification and hardware-level 1-nit low-brightness adjustment for improved viewing comfort.
The foldable features a redesigned body with rounded corners and a 2.5D metal frame. It measures just 4.4mm when unfolded and 9.4mm when folded, while weighing between 228g and 235g depending on the colour variant.
Powering the device is the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Super Edition processor paired with Arm Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 graphics, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 in China.

The X Fold 6 packs a massive 7,000mAh battery, making it one of the largest batteries on a book-style foldable smartphone. Vivo says it combines fifth-generation silicon-anode technology with third-generation semi-solid-state battery technology for improved energy density and better low-temperature performance. The phone supports 80W wired fast charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
For photography, the X Fold 6 features a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup powered by Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip. The system includes a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP Sony LYT602 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and support for a 200mm teleconverter. Selfies and video calls are handled by 20MP front cameras on both the inner and outer displays.
The smartphone also introduces Atomic Workbench with OriginOS 6 Fold, enabling advanced split-screen multitasking and parallel app workflows on the large inner display. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual-band GPS, NavIC, and USB Type-C audio. The foldable is rated IP5X for dust resistance and IPX8/IPX9 for water resistance, while Vivo also claims reliable operation in temperatures as low as -20°C.
