Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Launched in India With Dimensity 9500, V3+ Imaging Chip: Specs and Price

As promised, Vivo has launched the X300 and the X300 Pro in India. Both devices come with Zeiss-certified optics and Android 16 based on OriginOS 6. Moreover, the X300 series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, which is 3nm flagship chip. Now, let’s take a look at the full specs, price, and availability of both the X300 and X300 Pro in India.

Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Specifications

The Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the X300 Pro gets a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO AMOLED screen. Both handsets come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 onboard storage.

For imaging, the Vivo X300 opts for a 200MP main camera with f/1.68 aperture and OIS, 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP periscope telephoto shooter. On the other side, the Vivo X300 Pro has a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. Upfront, both devices offer a 50MP selfie camera and a Pro imaging VS1 and the V3+ imaging chips.

Moreover, the X300 packs a 6,040mAh battery; the Pro version is powered by a 6,510mAh unit. Both also support 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging. They feature an IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance.

Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Price and Sale in India

The Vivo X300 price in India starts at Rs 75,999 for the base 12GB/256GB storage model, Rs 81,999 for the 12GB/512GB model, and Rs 85,999 for the 16GB/512GB variant. The standard model comes in Summit Red, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black colours.

On the other hand, the Vivo X300 Pro starts at 1,09,999 for the sole 16GB/ 512GB model. It’s offered in Dune Gold and Elite Black shades. Vivo also launches the Telephoto Extender Kit for the X300 series, priced at Rs 18,999. Both models are up for pre-booking from today, with the sale set for December 10.

The company is also giving attractive mainline offers, which include 10 per cent instant cashback on select bank cards (HDFC, YES Bank, and more).
