Vivo has officially taken its new flagship lineup, the X300 series, beyond China. The Vivo X300 Pro and the standard X300 have now launched globally, both powered by MediaTek’s high-end Dimensity 9500 processor built on the 3nm process. The pair also brings upgraded camera systems, refined AMOLED displays, and the company’s latest software.

According to reports, the India launch could take place in early December.

    Global Prices and Availability

The Vivo X300 Pro starts at EUR 1,399 (around ₹1,43,000) for the single 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option. The regular Vivo X300 is priced at EUR 1,049 (roughly ₹1,08,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the higher 16GB + 512GB version costs EUR 1,099 (around ₹1,13,000).

Sales begin on November 3 across Europe via Vivo’s official online store. The X300 Pro will come in Dune Brown and Phantom Black, while the X300 will be available in Halo Pink and Phantom Black.

    Display and Design

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch flat Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,260×2,800 pixels. It supports up to a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR, and the P3 color gamut, offering over a billion colors. The screen covers nearly 95 percent of the front, giving it a sleek edge-to-edge look.

The standard X300 has a smaller 6.31-inch Q10+ AMOLED panel with the same 120Hz refresh rate and HDR support. Despite the size difference, both phones maintain the same design language with slim bezels and a centered hole-punch selfie camera.

    Performance and Software

At the heart of both phones is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with a Mali G1-Ultra GPU. Built on a 3nm process, it’s designed for flagship-level performance, efficiency, and thermal balance. The phones run Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box, featuring Vivo’s latest UI refinements and extended customization options.

The X300 Pro also gets a dedicated V3+ imaging chip, which helps with low-light processing and video capture optimization. Both models feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring faster app launches and multitasking.

    Cameras: Big Numbers, Different Priorities

The camera setups differ slightly between the two models.

The Vivo X300 Pro packs a 50MP primary sensor (f/1.57), a 50MP ultrawide lens (f/2.0), and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera capable of up to 100x digital zoom. It can shoot videos at up to 8K resolution and features laser autofocus, flicker detection, and a multispectral sensor.

Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 flips the configuration slightly, putting a 200MP sensor in the main slot, backed by a 50MP ultrawide and 50MP periscope camera. Both models share the same 50MP selfie camera.

    Battery and Charging

Battery capacities differ slightly between the two. The Pro model comes with a 5,440mAh unit supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, while the X300 houses a 5,360mAh cell. Both support fast charging over USB Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 1).

Vivo has also included dual speakers, an x-axis linear motor for better haptic feedback, and an Action Button that can be customized for quick shortcuts. IP68 certification ensures water and dust resistance.

    Build and Dimensions

The X300 Pro weighs about 226 grams and measures 161.98×75.48×7.99mm, while the smaller X300 comes in lighter at 190 grams and measures 150.57×71.92×7.95mm. Both are crafted with a premium glass finish, aligning with other flagships in the same tier.

    India Launch Timeline

While Vivo hasn’t confirmed an exact launch date for India, reports suggest the X300 lineup could arrive in early December.
