Vivo’s upcoming flagship, the X300, could make its India debut with an exclusive red color variant, according to tipster Sanju Choudhary (@saaaanjjjuuu). The phone is expected to launch in early December alongside the Vivo X300 Pro, following the global rollout that began this week.

India-Exclusive Red Variant Tipped
While the global Vivo X300 lineup includes Halo Pink and Phantom Black, the Indian market may see a special red finish designed to appeal to local buyers who prefer bold and vibrant color options. This version is expected to maintain the same specs as the global model, with a rumored price range of ₹65,000 to ₹70,000.
If accurate, the move continues Vivo’s strategy of offering India-specific customizations, similar to what several other brands have done to differentiate their regional launches. The company hasn’t confirmed this yet, but the leak aligns with reports suggesting an early December India release.
Global Launch Recap
Globally, the Vivo X300 series — which includes the X300 and the X300 Pro — was unveiled this week. Both phones run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset built on a 3nm process and feature AMOLED displays, triple rear cameras, and Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
The Vivo X300 Pro starts at EUR 1,399, while the standard X300 is priced at EUR 1,049 in Europe. Sales begin on November 3.
