Vivo X300 Ultra, OPPO Find X9 Ultra Camera Specifications Tipped Ahead of Next Month’s Launch

OPPO and Vivo are gearing up to unveil their top-end, ultra-premium flagship smartphones of 2026 soon. The OPPO Find X9 Ultra is expected to debut sometime next month, while the Vivo X300 Ultra could launch in China in April 2026.

Now, ahead of the launch, renowned tipster Digital Chat Station recently shared camera specifications of the Vivo X300 Ultra and the OPPO Find X9 Ultra. Moreover, the tipster also provided the launch timelines for the two phones.

OPPO Find X9 Ultra, Vivo X300 Ultra Cameras

As per the leak, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra is tipped to feature a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.28-inch sensor. It may also include a 50-megapixel secondary telephoto lens offering up to 10x optical zoom. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Ultra is said to sport a triple rear camera setup, led by a 200-megapixel primary sensor with a 1/1.12-inch size and a 35mm focal length.

The Vivo flagship is further rumoured to feature a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 1/1.28-inch sensor, along with a custom 5-megapixel multispectral sensor. The setup is said to deliver improved “end-to-end colour science” and enhanced video recording performance. Both the OPPO Find X9 Ultra and Vivo X300 Ultra are also expected to support external teleconverter kits, though official confirmation from the two brands is still awaited.

Vivo X300 Ultra, OPPO Find X9 Ultra Launch Timeline

According to Digital Chat Station, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra and Vivo X300 Ultra will be unveiled in China in March, following the Chinese New Year celebrations, which end on March 3.

This suggest both the OPPO Find X9 Ultra and Vivo X300 Ultra could be unveiled in India following MWC 2026 in Barcelona. Moreover, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra and Vivo X300 Ultra will also be unveiled in India in the first half of 2026.
