New Delhi, April 14, 2025: ZELIO E Mobility has announced a comprehensive 2-year warranty for all of its electric vehicle models, including two-wheelers and three-wheelers (e-rickshaws).
The company’s completely paperless warranty claim system policy applies to all purchases made beginning April 1, 2025, and is made available on the motor, controller, and chassis of ZELIO’s two-wheeler models, including the well-known X-Men, Gracy, Eeva, and Mystery models.

Importantly, this warranty is not limited by time constraints or a maximum number of customers; it is a standard provision available to every purchaser, with no restrictions on the distance traveled, informed Kunal Arya, Co-Founder and Managing Director of ZELIO E Mobility Ltd.
In response to the announcement, he stated, “By removing kilometre limitations and providing a streamlined, paperless claims process, we further demonstrate our commitment to transparency and trust.” As the electric vehicle market evolves, increasing consumer confidence will be critical, and this initiative sets a new standard for after-sales service in the sector.
According to company officials, customers must return defective parts and receive replacements within three business days. The warranty is fully transferable, which means that if the vehicle is sold during the warranty period, the new owner will be fully covered.
All warranty services are available at any of ZELIO’s over 400 authorised dealerships and service centres across India, with plans to increase the network to 1,000 dealerships by the end of 2025. The warranty also covers the chassis of ZELIO’s three-wheeler e-rickshaw models, including the Tanga Butterfly and Tanga SS, under the two-year plan.
