    Updated: Friday, January 9, 2026, 12:25 [IST]

Vivo is expected to introduce the Vivo X200T in India between January 26 and January 31, with leaks suggesting a price band of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 55,000. Early information points to a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC, large battery, and a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) has shared detailed specifications on X, indicating that the Indian Vivo X200T may closely mirror the Vivo X200 FE launched earlier, but with a stronger chipset. The new phone is also expected to receive long-term software support, aimed at users who retain devices for many years.

Vivo X200T Expected Price and Launch in India

Rumours suggest the Vivo X200T could debut in India as a slightly updated, rebranded Vivo X200 FE. The earlier Vivo X200 FE reached the Indian market in July last year at Rs. 54,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model. The X200T reportedly comes in Stellar Black and Seaside Lilac shades.

Other leaks state that the Vivo X200T will be offered in black and purple colour options, possibly matching those marketing names. The handset is tipped to feature an IP68 and IP69 rated body for protection against dust and water. A 3D Ultrasonic In-display fingerprint scanner and eSIM support are also expected on the Indian variant.

    Vivo X200T Specifications (Expected)

The Indian Vivo X200T is rumoured to carry a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution of 2800×1260 pixels. Inside, the handset is said to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC, which would be an upgrade over the Dimensity 9300+ used in the Vivo X200 FE, giving the new model extra processing headroom.

Battery specifications from the leak are slightly mixed. One tip mentions a 6,500mAh unit, while another describes a 6,200mAh battery. The device is expected to support 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Vivo is also said to include a 4.5K nanofluid vapour chamber to handle heat during intensive use or charging.

    Processor MediaTek Dimensity 9400+
    Rear cameras 50MP LYT-702 + 50MP JN1 periscope + 50MP LYT-600 ultra-wide
    Front camera 32MP
    Battery 6,200mAh or 6,500mAh, 90W wired, 40W wireless
Software support 5 Android OS updates, 7 years security patches

Camera hardware on the Vivo X200T is tipped to include a Zeiss-branded triple rear module. The reported setup uses a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-702 primary sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 periscope telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 ultra-wide sensor. On the front, a 32-megapixel camera is expected for selfies and video calls.

Software support is a major part of the leak. The Vivo X200T is said to ship with Android 16 and receive five major Android OS upgrades plus seven years of security updates. Connectivity options could include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. If the leaks hold, the phone may appeal to users seeking long software support, a Zeiss camera system, and a large battery within the upper mid-range price segment.
