New partnership brings 5,100 chargers onto Statiq’s platform as India accelerates EV infrastructure buildout
NEW DELHI, 10th June 2025: Through its EVLinq platform, Statiq has partnered with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to incorporate HPCL’s 5,100 EV chargers—including 2,900 DC fast chargers—into its mobile app.
The collaboration will provide users throughout India with real-time availability and access, and the action greatly improves public EV charging interoperability, making it simpler for EV owners to find, access, and utilise chargers of any operator.

“This partnership not only adds scale to our network but reinforces our mission to make EV charging seamless and convenient for every Indian EV owner. EVLinq is designed for exactly such nationwide integrations.” notified Statiq’s CTO and co-founder, Raghav Arora.
Charge point operators (CPOs), e-mobility service providers (eMSPs), and EV drivers are connected by the EVLinq platform. Users can access a wider variety of chargers without juggling multiple platforms or apps, thanks to its assurance of compatibility with multiple charging protocols.
The collaboration with HPCL helps Statiq achieve its goal of becoming the digital hub of India’s EV charging network. By the end of 2025, the company, which already has an expanding network of its own chargers along highway and urban corridors, hopes to have 20,000 charging stations installed. One of the main obstacles to EV adoption in India is dependable and easily accessible charging, which Statiq is assisting with by serving as both an operator and an aggregator.
Interoperability and accessibility will probably define the consumer experience as EV adoption picks up speed, and collaborations like this one will influence India’s EV journey going forward.
