Secret Level Cast Revealed

During a panel at New York Comic Con 2024, Prime Video revealed the official cast for its upcoming adult-animated anthology series from Amazon MGM Studios and Blur Studio, Secret Level. The highly-anticipated show based on a number of popular video games and franchises is set to premiere later this year exclusively on Prime Video, and audiences now know who some of the iconic characters will be voiced by.

First announced at Gamescom in August 2024, Secret Level is an animated anthology series headed by Tim Miller and Dave Wilson. The show will feature 15 episodes, each of which will highlight a story based on a video game franchise, with titles like Armored Core, Mega Man, New World: Aeternum, Pac-Man, Sifu, Spelunky, and Warhammer 40,000 among the lineup. While there were rumors of the Secret Level cast swirling just days ago, the team behind the promising new series has confirmed a number of big names for audiences to look forward to.

Fallout Hits Major Milestone on Prime Video

The first season of Prime Video’s Fallout has hit a major viewership milestone on the streaming service.

Prime video has confirmed an impressive lineup of 16 different Hollywood stars who will be contributing their voices to the video game adaptations of Secret Level. Each of the game collaborations in Secret Level will receive its own dedicated episode, allowing viewers to jump into the series at any point and experience a unique story, setting, and cast. Some of the confirmed names include blockbuster superstars like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Keanu Reeves, along with beloved television actors such as Emily Swallow and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and renowned video game and animated series voice actor Laura Bailey. Secret Level premieres exclusively on Prime Video on December 10 with two weekly episode drops.

The confirmed cast lineup for Secret Level includes familiar names and faces from films like the Terminator franchise, John Wick, Barbie, and Jumanji, and hit television shows like The Mandalorian, The Boys, The White Lotus, and The Legend of Vox Machina. Fans will be able to look forward to performances from Gabriel Luna and Merle Dandridge, both of whom were cast members of the incredibly popular video game adaptation series The Last of Us. With 15 episodes representing iconic gaming franchises and a stacked cast of Hollywood talent, audiences have plenty to look forward to when Secret Level debuts on Prime Video this December.

In spite of the recent box office failure of Borderlands and mixed reactions to the Minecraft movie trailer, video game adaptations in film and television have been on an overall upswing compared to the disappointments of such projects that were released in the early 2000s. Whether Secret Level will live up to fan expectations remains to be seen, but the high level of optimism and enthusiasm from audiences is certainly promising for the Prime Video series.
