Set after the end of the Paranormal Liberation War, You’re Next follows Deku and other aspirant heroes from Class 1-A as they help the pro heroes round up the jailbreakers causing havoc across Japan since All For One’s escape from the high-security Prison For Special Criminals – Tartarus, but find their efforts thwarted by an individual who looks just like All Might.
Staff involved in the production of You’re Next at Bones include Tensai Okamura, who replaces My Hero Academia season 6 Kenji Nagasaki, with screenplay by Yōsuke Kuroda, character designs by Yuki Hayashi (not to be confused with Yuki Hayashi, the composer who has been responsible for the music in the My Hero Academia anime series and all the previous films), art direction by Manami Azuta and 3D direction by Yōta Andō.
