How to Start the Trial of Eternity Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To unlock The Trial of Eternity, you need to complete these prerequisites:
- Reach Friendship Level 10 with Jafar
- Unlock Oswald, EVE, Gaston, and Rapunzel.
How to Complete the Trial of Eternity Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
After meeting the aforementioned requirements, the protagonist will have to speak with Jafar about his trial. Your conversation with the royal vizier will kick off the Trial of Eternity quest.
Speak to Villagers and Craft the Trial Furniture
To prepare, you first need to talk to Remy, Oswald, Rapunzel, Gaston, EVE, and Scrooge. Ask Oswald to help you find a good judge for the trial.
Since this is the first trial in the valley’s history, players will need to start from scratch, including crafting the furniture for the courtroom. Here’s what you’ll have to craft:
- 2 x Attorney Stands
- 2 x Bamboo Benches
To craft an Attorney Stand, you need to get:
- 10 Tropical Wood (found in the Grasslands, the Promenade, the Grove, and the Lagoon)
- 5 Brass Ingots (crafted using 3x Copper, 2x Zinc, and 1x Coal)
- 5 Plastic Scrap (found while fishing in open water in Eternity Isle)
To make a Bamboo Bench, Dreamers will need:
- 9 Bamboo (found in the Grasslands, the Promenade, the Grove, and the Lagoon)
- 3 Fiber (crafted using Seaweed)
Once fans have crafted the furniture, they will need to head to the Ancient Ruins and hand over the furniture to Gaston.
Talk to Oswald About Judge Hunt
When you ask Oswald who he picked as the judge, he reveals that all DDV villagers trust you to deliver fair justice. So accept the role and get ready for the trial by dressing up. Put on something elegant and top it off with the Commodore’s Powdered Wig to look the part.
Begin Proceedings of the Trial
Head back to the Ancient Ruins where the trial is happening. First, you will need to listen to Scrooge and Jafar present their sides, then call Gaston and Oswald to give their testimonies.
Jafar, on the other hand, claims he was once a good member of the community, but the Forgetting has made everyone forget his good deeds. Therefore, Oswald asks you to search for old memories of Jafar to find out if he is telling the truth.
Look for the Good Memories of Jafar
Using your Royal Hourglass, you need to find the good memories of Jafar in the Borderlands, the Lagoon, and the Overlook biomes. The first memory is of Stitch, which can be found near a massive cactus in The Borderlands.
The second memory is of Merlin, which you can find near the bank of the pond in the Lagoon. The third memory features Scrooge and you can find it near the stairs in The Overlook. Check out our video to find out their exact locations.
Give Your Final Verdict
Once you have collected all three good memories, head back to the courtroom in the Ancient Ruins, and sentence Jafar to community service. He will be happy and will reward you with the Jeweled Vizier Top and Jeweled Vizier Trousers.
